At the edge of Parga on approx. 10 min. walking distance from the pretty centre and promenade. Approx. 20 min. walking distance from the beautiful Valtos beach.

Other beaches easy to reach by moped, car or water taxi from the pier.This is a new detached house, completed in June 2007, with a beautiful view of the village, the castle and the sea.
At 100 mtr from the house, direction Parga center, you will find the Bacoli hotel.
U can use the beautiful swimmingpool in the hotelgarden for free.

A bar/terrace for drinks, breakfast or lunch is available.

Aspro, Apartment 4 persons approx. 55m2, in the basement, consists of 2 bedrooms and a sitting/dining room with a kitchenette. Bathroom /toilet and a big terrace/balcony on the South West side.

Kokkino, Maisonette 6 persons approx. 95 m2. Ground and first floor, consisting of 3 bedrooms (ground floor) and a spacious open plan living/dining room with a fireplace and a fitted kitchen. Bathroom/toilet on the ground floor, second toilet on the first floor. Large balconies are on the South West side on the ground and first floor, a small balcony on the South East side on the first floor.

Air conditioning is installed in the maisonette and apartment (cooling and heating ) so that the maisonette and apartment are suitable for winter use.
Garden with 2 private parking places at the back of the house, with an entrance to both apartments.

The bedrooms are all furnished with double beds (150 x 200 cm.), bedside tables, wardrobe/chest of drawers, mirror etc.
The maisonette and apartment have a cot (122 x 85 cm.), a changing mat and a high chair.
The bathrooms are with toilet, sink and bath/shower combination.

The maisonette and apartment have a fitted kitchen with fridge, hotplate, oven and extractor fan.
Complete with pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffeemaker and electric kettle.
The living/dining rooms have sufficient seating, settees and stools, dressers, coffee tables, TV cupboard with TV, satellite (Astra), DVD player, radio/CD player, dining tables and chairs.

Balconies with chairs, tables and for sun protection, pergola/parasols. The maisonette and apartment is supplied with vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and brush.

During the 2008 season the house will have a WIFI connection (wireless internet installation) for computer use.
The use of, electricity, water, WIFI, linen (bed linen, bath- and tea-towels are changed twice a week) PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACHTOWELS, cleaning at end of stay and use of private parking, is included
