Karavostasi Beach Hotel is just 150m away from one of the best beaches on the Ionion coastline (with sunbeds and umbrellas free for our guests), and only 4km from Perdika town.
In the center of the hotel is the picturesque swimming pool, which is suitable for both adults and children. There is a 24hr reception and lounge area with satellite TV and wi-fi internet access hotspot.
Our restaurant, with sea and pool view terraces, has traditional Greek cuisine as well as a variety of international meals and barbecue nights. There is also a wide range to choose from on the buffet breakfast.
All the rooms have en-suite shower/wc, air-conditioning, private balcony (with excellent sea and mountain views), direct dial telephone and radio. We have also been congratulated many times by guests on the quality of our beds, and the peaceful nights they enjoy at Karavostasi.
Around the hotel the area is mostly farmland, giving visitors the chance enjoy the natural beauty of Greece.
Walkers, hikers, cyclists, bird watchers, those interested in archeology, (the ancient town of Elina, sits overlooking Karavostasi) and those who just want to relax in beautiful surroundings, all have a superb holiday.
The hotel opened in 1993 and is three star rated, we have 47 rooms, for about 90 guests in total. Our season is between May and October but as this is a relatively unknown part of Greece, it is only very busy during the Greek vacations, between 20th of July and the 25th August.
Our guests enjoy a good night's rest, we get complimented for the quality of our beds and how comfortable they are. Another important factor for many is the beach, we are situated very close to one of the largest and cleanest sandy beaches in Greece, Karavostasi, and even in high season the beach is never overcrowded. We are also an ideal location for exploring the green mountainous landscape of Epirus, which has not only some of the best beaches but also, full of Greek culture.
Our local village, Perdika, is only a short drive from the hotel, it is the largest traditional village in Thesprotia, with an authentic Greek atmosphere. Also nearby are Sivota and Parga, two tourism orientated villages, with alot to offer, but our guests are thankful that they can visit them easily, yet come back to Karavostasi and relax.
Between us we speak Greek, English and Dutch fluently, and also German and a little Italian. Our objectives are to make our guests feel at home, relaxing and enjoying their holiday, away from the stresses of everyday life. We do this well. This shows in the number of guests who come back year after year.
